Fertilization requirements depend on several factors: the soil type; weather conditions; ground cover type; and amount of shade that your yard and property receives at different times of the year. For these reasons it is important to match the amount and type of fertilization that is applied to your lawn with your particular conditions.

Standard Services

Fertilization of all lawn areas can be performed up to four times a season during early May and late August in accordance with the following:

• Early Spring application;
• Late Spring;
• Late Summer;  and
• Fall application

The rate of application shall be in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions. Granular fertilizer will be applied evenly with a mechanical spreader. These products are applied evenly with a mechanical spreader in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
