All debris such as litter, leaves, branches etc. shall be removed from all lawn areas adjacent driveways, and parking areas.
Remove all debris from all turf areas.
Cultivate all plant beds, shrub beds, tree pits, tree wells, etc. Cultivating to include the removal of weed and grass material from the same areas.
Prune all trees and shrubs under twelve feet in height where required.
